The Lost Temple is the newest adventure escape room at Prodigy Escapes! Featuring a selection of puzzles, teams will require skill and wit to overcome the defences protecting the fabled Chimalpopoca Idol. For anyone who enjoyed the Crystal Maze or Jungle Run, this Escape room is for you! Do you and your team possess the talents to beat the temple and claim your place in history?
The Story
The Chimalpopoca Idol was believed to be something of legend. Following your groups discovery of the Pathfinder Totem an expedition was started to try and discover whether this relic truly existed. On the cusp of uncovering the treasure, your group was betrayed. A rival expedition now seeks to steal the treasure for themselves. Now it falls to your group to appease the gods and retrieve the Idol before it’s too late. Will you unlock the treasures or will you too be lost to history?

We recommend a ratio of 2 children to 1 adult in the room and have found that children under 12 may find the puzzles difficult.

Team Size
Teams of 2-8 People are required for this experience. Team members aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a participating adult.
Duration
This experience is 60 minutes long. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your session for briefing and to enable a comfortable start.
Difficulty - 4/5
This room features variable difficulty but is still tricky to master. Medium or Hard modes await! Duos are discouraged from attempting hard mode as there is a lot to do! You have unlimited hints available. Our aim is to work with you to ensure that you enjoy yourselves.
Accessibility
This room requires an able bodied participant who is comfortable with being in small spaces. The room is otherwise accessible to wheelchair users. There are a couple of puzzles that use colours too. We have included subtitles for media and have a quiet version available too.
Variable Difficulty Available!
This room features variable difficulty levels. Medium mode and Hard mode. Designed to vary the experience depending on the level of experience. Medium mode is recommended for those new to escape rooms (Under 10 rooms completed) whilst Hard is reserved for those seeking a greater challenge and the chance to contend on the leaderboard. Be cautious though adventurers! For if Hard mode is selected we cannot guarantee completion!
